We collect only what you choose to give us. If you use the contact form, that means your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, project type, budget range, timeline and message. If you email or call directly, we hold whatever you send us.
Like most websites, our host may also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and carry out any work you commission. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Records relating to completed projects are kept as long as needed for business and tax purposes.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our website host and email provider — and only as far as needed to deliver that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email joe@joescheirichmedia.com and we will respond promptly.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential material through the contact form.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
